Leadership:
The leadership of the New Life Apostolic Network in Africa consists of the leaders of the various church networks that have become members of the New Life Apostolic Network.
In addition, apostle Arild Teikari, who oversees the entire network, is a permanent member of the board of the New Life Apostolic Network Africa. As well as that the field coordinator for Africa: Osmund Grødeland also participates in the board.

New Life Apostolic Network Africa is part of New Life Apostolic Network International and sends two representatives to the board internationally. This is the leader and deputy leader. The board for Africa takes care of decisions for the work on the entire continent. While the national boards take care of the work in the individual country. The board for Africa then becomes a coordinating body between the different countries in the network.
Leadership of the
New Life Apostolic Network
When we now shall talk about leadership, it is important for us to point out that leadership is not about getting a position, but being called and chosen by Jesus Christ, who is the head of the church, to enter a function. The function of leadership in a fivefold church is to train, equip, and release others into the function that God has for them.
Leadership is not about climbing to the top of a career ladder, but about going down as a servant and lifting others up. Of course, it is also about having been given authority from Heaven to lead, but first and foremost it is about releasing others into the life Jesus has for them. We are to follow Jesus' example in all we do as leaders.
